Built with locally sourced lumber that was mostly milled on the property and complemented with keepsakes and carved wooden accents collected while exploring Indonesia and Thailand. Located a short drive from world class surfing , oceanfront restaurants and nightlife in playa Hermosa and playa Jaco.

Guests have unlimited access to the walking trails, river, butterfly garden and fruit orchard (please no picking fruit without permission)

Other things to note

• The river, Rio Seco, as the name implies sometimes goes dry for a month or two at the end of the dry season.
• There are sometimes a few visitors on the property (not the treehouse) coming to see the butterfly garden which is open from 8am till 1pm Monday to Saturday.
• The internet is reliable but unfortunately not always the fastest for streaming videos etc. as it is derived from a cellular signal and wired connections aren’t an option yet. I’ve now signed and awaiting fiber optic!
